To review project specifications and technical clarifications
To prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies
To carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
To supervise the construction works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
To target and ensure timely and smooth progress of works
To ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with to ensure project activities complied with the Company’s ISO system
Requirements:
min 1 year experience
Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering recognized by Singapore Professional Engineers Board
Experience in supervision of HDB project, building, warehouse construction
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Familiar with BIM related software, regulations, work with Construction project
team for drafting and preparation of drawings with BIM Model;
Ensure compliance of drawing with design and regulatory specifications, manage RFI, Presentation with BIM model;
Research & develop BIM initiatives & capabilities aligned with the prevailing government bodies and market/industry practices;
SKILLS REQUIRED
Degree in Architecture/M&E/Structural OR Equivalent;
Diploma or Modelling Training in BIM Certification;

Job Description:
Plan and lead all Health, Safety, Environment and Security regime in connection with the project including regular safety inspections & compliance audits with the required workplace safety standards, regulations and policy
Provide health and safety advice and support to the operation departments on WSH issues
Provide secretariat support to Safety Committees
Prepare/review Safety Plan/Risk Assessment
Monitor/track, analyse project’s safety performances and to recommend safety measures where necessary
Conduct accident investigations and recommend corrective measures
Conduct training and coordinate internal training courses relating to WSH
Organise WSH Campaign and other promotional activities
Coordinate and correspond with external agencies, MOM, SCDF, etc on WSH related issues/matters
Prepare regular project’s Health and Safety Report

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent
Valid registration with MOM as a Workplace and Health Officer
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Job Scope:
Assist the Site Manager / WSHE Officer to identify any unsafe condition in the worksite or unsafe work practice in the worksite.
Check Sub-Contractors’ work to ensure compliance with the WSH Act and its subsidiary legislations, including the provisions of the WSH (Construction) Regulations.
Carry out site WSHE programmes, procedures and assist in organising WSHE awareness activities such as tool-box meetings, WSHE orientation, WSHE induction, promotional activities, etc.

5 years LTA Projects Experience
Certification in Lifting Supervisors Safety Course

Job Description:
Responsible for successful deployment of VDC initiatives and VDC technology platform(s) / solutions on DPR projects
Train, educate and mentor project personnel in various BIM software and processes
Work with project teams to establish a BIM/VDC execution strategy and provide project specific VDC support and subject matter expertise
Oversee project-specific VDC strategies, scope and plans in addition to managing successful implementation of DPR’s current best practices and high standards for predictable and efficient VDC delivery
Work collaboratively with the DPR project team to develop the design coordination schedule to support the master schedule development. Monitor, update and revise the design coordination schedule to reflect design deliverables, overall progress and construction commitments/milestones
Manage on-site construction team efforts in the implementation of VDC applications and processes in addition VDC deliverables
Prepare, monitor and update visual plans and/or 4D simulations of master and phase schedules
Manage and support VDC Engineer(s) where needed
Monitor and track BIM specific metrics via the Dashboard or other tracking platforms
Oversee that each project is utilizing the Project VDC Execution Plan and adhering to the project’s contractual requirements
Contribute to KPI’s and metrics to evaluate and assess value, impact, ROI of established VDC initiatives
Provide guidance and support with contract language for BIM scopes; develop preconstruction subcontractor procurement templates and exhibits for BIM/VDC buyout
Review trade partner BIM qualifications and advise project team during buyout of VDC service

Documented career path of managing solution-implementation from pilot through project-wide adoption
